The MLS has long been an effective electronic database of millions of property listings used by real estate professionals in the US and worldwide. At VNMLS, we have designed and developed this electronic database for real estate professionals in Vietnam. We have incorporated the best features of previous multiple listing services and made it simpler to use and more powerful to Vietnamese users.
A VNMLS member has the ability to search the electronic database and retrieve information on thousands of properties for sale or lease. VNMLS contains the most comprehensive and accurate information about the features and price of a property. This information is inputted (listed) by real estate professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced in your local marketplace. In contrast, public real estate websites contain only limited property data and is often inaccurate.
Real estate professionals and the buyers they represent can pinpoint the exact location of a property and immediately determine if the location is ideal before any time is spent visiting or investing in properties in undesirable locations (e.g. noisy intersections, near busy roads, small alleys, flood prone areas).
VNMLS reports are available to you, the real estate professional, to enhance the service you offer your clients. All reports contain key information about each property so that your buyer is well informed prior to visiting the property. This saves significant time and effort for you and your buyer. These reports are “branded” for you and your brokerage and will include your company logo and contact information.
A CMA allows you to value a property accurately for your buyers and sellers. Similar types of property listings within the same area are compared to show pricing information and the number of days each property has been on the market. This comparison may include homes currently for sale, recently sold and/or those that have been cancelled or expired.
